Peter’s business had been growing exponentially, and he was having to try and juggle; expansion across the UK, Brexit on the horizon and ever changing legislation within his industry. To top it all off, with the introduction to auto-enrolment in 2012 he needed to ensure he was meeting his duties as an employer.
Peter and his co-directors approached Chartwell to help meet their auto enrolment, workplace pension responsibilities.
It is an important responsibility for an employer and Peter wanted to make sure that the process was being carried out correctly and taken care of going forward.

With all employer responsibilities covered and protection in place for the business and those that run it, Peter can now focus on what he does best, making waves in the world of agriculture and agronomy!
